We ended our tour of Italy with stops in Florence and Siena. The fabulous food and wine continued–first with a wine tasting and dinner (and dancing!) at a local vineyard. Then there was dinner at a count’s estate. Just about everything we ate was produced on this estate. Dinner included different blends of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was delicious and informative. There was one last group dinner back in Rome and then back to the States the next day. It was an excellent trip!
